Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using Instant Replay software and services operated by Rafael Roman ("us", "we", or "our").
1. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using Instant Replay, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the software.
2. License Grant
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Instant Replay on the number of computers specified by your purchased license tier:

3. Internet Connection Requirement
Instant Replay requires periodic internet connectivity to validate your license. The software performs license verification at startup and every 5 minutes, with heartbeat signals every 60 seconds while running.
OFFLINE GRACE PERIOD
An offline grace period of 5 days is provided for temporary connectivity issues. After 5 days without successful license verification, the software will require an internet connection to continue operating.
4. License Restrictions
You agree NOT to:
- Share, sell, rent, lease, or distribute your license key to others
- Use the software on more computers than your license permits
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
- Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the software
- Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
- Use the software for any illegal purpose
5. Refunds & Cancellation
The one-time license has a 14-day money-back guarantee if the software does not work as described. Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled anytime - access continues until end of billing period. No partial refunds for unused days.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Rafael Roman or Instant Replay LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, profits, or data, arising out of or in connection with the use of Instant Replay.
